If you're looking for support, connection, and friendships with health conditions, come join Chronic Connection: a safe place for those dealing with chronic illness, physical and mental disabilities, or those looking to learn more.
Our server is active, friendly and chilled, and run by a team of chronically ill and disabled staff. We have dedicated spaces for bedbound and housebound folks, lgbtqia+, bipoc, chronically ill parents and carers and neurodivergent people, plus much more!
We are enthusiastically lqbtqia+ affirming and supportive of all multiply-marginalised folks. All systems welcome, we have PluralKit in the server.
